Hi I just upgraded Pwnboxer last week at to my delight discovered mouse clickmapping, however I am having some difficulties with it For no reason that I can fathom it randomly wont broacast mouse clicks. For exmaple, last night I have a great few runs using M/C to heal via my priest using healbot no problems, but this morning loggon as before and find no clicks being broadcast. I can see the two boxs, no changes just no respons. I have reboot twice no change. This is the third time this has happened and I am at risk of becoming one of B F Skinner's superstitious pigeons trying to figure out how I fixed it last time! Please help as I have 2 preschool children and work in the local ER and thus only get short playng time and dont want to spend 45 min each time trying to get this right! Thanks James

I know I need to work the documentation a bit better ![]() One thing to double check is the direction (send / receive) as well as what mouse action it is doing. Usually that is what is forgotten ![]() Btw - Once you get it perfected, SAVE YOUR PB CONFIG Sucks to do things twice!

Tim, I've been trying to use the mouse clickmapping as well and cannot get it to work. Can you post some instructions for setting it up with 3 windows or a step-by-step guide? What do you enter in for the 'new list box item string'?

I do need to do this for sure. But for the mouse clickmapping, most people miss one of two things: #1 The direction (send or receive in that area, generally the main area is send, alt windows receive) and then what to receive (you can left click and receiive as a right if you want to).

I have 3 windows setup. Let's say for the purposes of this I have no other addons except Vuhdo for healing. I enabled clickmapping, created a new clickmapping set, named it whatever, and for all three windows I set them to "send and receive" and checked the left, right, cntrl, shift, and alt boxes in the overlay menu. In the game windows, I have windowed mode setup in options for all three accounts, I have "force window maximized mode" set in the pwnboxer options for all three windows. I see the white boxes and I drag them over to where my vuhdo buttons are for each game window. I'm assuming whatever you click inside the white boxes will transfer over to the other windows? That's how I though it would work. But no matter how I arrange those white boxes, clicking ANYTHING in them doesn't work. This includes Vuhdo, hotkeys, minimap, targeting something, etc. I even tried dragging the corners of the white boxes and making them bigger, even filling up the entire window. Nothing works. What am I doing wrong?

You mentioned that you clicked all the left/right/ctrl/shift/alt which is probably incorrect, unless your interface is looking that that specific action. I've never heard of an addon that only triggers by a person manually alt+shift+control+shift+right+left mouse click. I'm pretty sure WoW itself won't even recognize that, so that definitely sounds like the issue. Just set your main window to send for a right click, and the alt to receive a right click, and then just put the receiving box over some standard wow default interface button. That way you can confirm it works and then start doing more specific clicks.

| I know wow can differentiate between a right and left use of Alt, Ctrl or Shift. But it cannot use Left Alt and Right Alt, as simultaneous modifiers (or both L/R for the other modifiers). Start simple, get something working at a basic level. Then progress and add to it from there. If you reach a point where you want to do something, but cannot... suggest it, and it might be added in the near future.

I think if he starts with the simple set up he'll get it working. That said, I do need to hurry up and do more FAQ/Training videos for the new features of Pwnboxer

I checked all of those because I thought they acted like an OR function, in other words, that hitting any one of them while your cursor is in the receiving box will transfer over to the other games. Now I realize that you have to make a seperate string and receiving box for every click you can do. This is pretty tedious seeing as how I've set up Vuhdo to perform different functions based on whether I left click, right click, alt+left click, alt+right click, shift+left click, shift+right click, cntl+left click, and cntl+right click. I'd have to make 8 different boxes to do them all! Starting with the simple setup from scratch, I have gotten it to respond... so thanks for that. I just haven't been able to set it up the way I'd like it to work. | |

I've tested it with healbot and grid / clique and got it to work perfect. Play round with it, you'll get it
