It's likely just positioned off the visible screen

Google something like 'Move a window that is off the screen' and you should find some keyboard shortcuts to reposition it

Give focus to the program by clicking on it on the taskbar, right click, select "Move" then press any one of the arrow keys and it should appear again.

And that is how to do it with any window that you loose
