How to sort Wrong Registration key

I am trying to register this and have tried the rebind and keep getting an error message. Have sent email but can you please adjust this?

Click REBIND in Pwnboxer to reset your license and follow the prompts exactly.

I have tried rebinding it repeatedly, tried cutting and pasting, still get the same error.

The exact error message is "Sorry you entered either an invalid Computer ID, Serial number, or customer information. Please check your records and Go Back.

So, I've done this like 10 times. Cut and paste does not lie. What's the deal here?

It seems like every time I turn the computer back on or restart it, Pwnboxer wants to rebind. We lost power for about an hour at 2am, so I'd shut everything down. (Not fun trying to sleep through a bunch of UPS's screeching)

I don't THINK that there are any keyloggers on here; IObit Malware Fighter and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware didn't find anything. Any other software I should run to check this? (Freeware, please; my dog is going to get out of ICU today, but they're talking $2500-3500 vet bill, and I'm panicking a bit over that)

What kind of Windows 7 64 bit pro update would trigger this?

That can be triggered if Windows internal hardware list has changed, such as by adding new hard drives, other storage drives, changing your cpu, gpu, etc.

Also when you change running Pwnboxer from admin mode to normal mode it also changes the id and you need to re-run the register process.
