Default How to avoid "squished" graphics?

After a break from boxing, I am now getting back into it.

However I am having a problem with my graphics being squished looking, I think because the aspect ratio is wrong or something. I am playing with 2 windows of wow on a single widescreen monitor. I have my games to start up as two squares side by side, leaving a little room on the bottom of the monitor. No matter what video options I have chosen in the Warcraft options, the graphics still look messed up. If I remember right, there is a way to make the graphics look fine, even if you adjust the window sizes.

I can't seem to figure it out now though, any help would be greatly appreciated.
