Help please. Loading issue.

I watched the video, bought the software. I then try to load it and when I press launch both games, blizzards launcher comes up, when I press "play" the game comes up like normal. Only one game (of two), and its just in windowed mode. I logged in and its just normal one machine wow. It isnt running in that little window area like on the video. It literally is just launching the launcher and then WoW.

I looked through the forums a few pages and did not see this issue.

I bought, registered and successfully ran pwnboxer.

I tried resizing windows in the pwnboxer software but it seems like the issue is the game is not launching within the software.

If the launcher comes up then that probably means you didn't use wow.exe as the game and used launcher.exe instead. So change it to wow.exe

So I thought multiboxing meant when I press "F" all charcters press "F". as of now I have to hover the mouse over their screens and press "F" again for them to work.

Hints? Suggestions?

Yup that is correct, you press F and all guys press F. Just make sure your list of keys to broadcast is the ones you want, which can be found in the key broadcasting area.
