Default First window video glitch

Thanks again for the great software. Very happy with it.

I have a problem that just started after the last 3.3.3 patch. I don't really think it's WoW related though but may be video driver or something like that. But the video driver has been the same version and hasn't changed since I started using PB but WoW "has" changed so I suspect WoW more as the culprit.

I run 2 instances of WoW on one 32" 1080p LCD TV.

The left 1/2 of the screen is my driver and the right 1/2 is my slave. Each time I fire up PWNBoxer and start all games the fonts and everything on the left screen are all dithered and not clear....it is very easily fixed each time by simply resizing the window in PWNBoxer and then shrinking it back to the original size. The screen on the right does not do this.

After this everything stays clear the whole time I play.

I'm a bit stumped on this. Any ideas? I haven't updated PB since purchasing it over a month ago as I fear changing a perfectly working multibox setup.

I've seen this happen too. Never did bother to figure out what was causing it (I'm guessing it has something to do with the window resizing and scaling of WoW).

I usually just flip to another window layout and then back in Pwnboxer and it's all good.

Hey there!

Thanks for the kind words!

I'm trying to picture what you are referring to but I'm drawing a bit of a fuzz in imagining the problem.

But 1 quick thing: Try resizing your windows slightly in Pwnboxer. Just a few pixels here and there (move the colored boxes slightly). Then save Pwnboxer's config, close it all, restart it all, and click START ALL GAMES.

Did that make a difference?

Isn't that what he already said he did?

Ya that's what I said. I resize the window and all is good. It's a small bother really.

I think he wants you to resize it a couple pixels and then leave it that way, close pwnboxer, and then reopen it and click start all games and see if it still happens.

Re-read what I typed and follow that step-for-step.

no luck... I minimized the snap settings to the smallest and made the smallest change to the window saved the setting closed all games and fired it up and the fonts were all dithered again... while the game is live if I adjust the window it sharpens up. This is probably some snafu in my own config that was introduced outside of PB. It's not that big a deal to slightly resize the window each time I play. But if anyone has a solution it would be good news.
