I bought the software a month or so ago and even when I created a thread addressing this issue, Tim didn't even respond to it. He responded to all the threads around it, but mine. I've already given up hope for this issue being resolved............

Tim isn't just some schmuck, he is extremely busy and we have ALL had threads that were important that it has taken Tim a great deal of time to respond to or read in full due to the number of posts... Not too mention it has recently been the holidays and I am sure Tim has some family as well as his g/f. There are also other ways to get a hold of Tim, he does live broadcasts relatively frequently, and he does a pretty good job of trying to respond to people who chat with him in justin.tv. I hate you break it to you Sir, but the world in fact does not revolve around you, and you throwing a tantrum on these forums does not do you are the multiboxing community any good.

Well, common sense would dictate that since EQ is and older game, it would be relatively easy to fix, since it is just the launcher issue. Additionally, it is not as much about the problem of the issue getting fixed (although I would like that) as it is Tim's lack of discussion on this topic. The majority of posts commenting on the launcher issue go unanswered by Tim. The ones that he does answer, he just says things that are very vague and unhelpful. Additionally, when I did research for this software, it claimed and still claims that it supports all DirectX games although it cannot even run Lord of the Rings: Online which is obviously a DirectX. (Scroll down on the left under highlights and look here: Full List Of Features! ) I shouldn't have to come to these forums to learn about this misleading fact that the software claims. Additionally, I have received ZERO, let me repeat, ZERO support on this issue from anyone of importance while this software claims is has an excellent support system. The games I mainly play are not the big main stream ones (like WoW) and it is disappointing that the software's claims to support some of these games do not hold up. And I hate to break it to you Sir, but getting your power trips off over the internet is immature, and if everyone stayed quite about issues like this, the multiboxing community would stay dominated by a particular, over-hyped MMORPG, and the other MMORPGs people love will be forgotten in the dust of the multiboxing community. Thank-you for your time

Hey there, It should work, and we did have somebody helping to test on various other games in case we needed to tweak things, but unfortunately I think we need some more testing. I'm looking for a way to get specific game testing of games I don't have, so please bear with me. It comes down to more of an issue of having "game experts" test things out for specific games and such.

I realize you are busy Tim, if there is any way I can help let me know. I would like to see it work for EQ1 as I do not play WoW or any other game. I have bought it and am willing to help. Realize though I am not an "expert" but whatever I can do to help, I will gladly do it so I can start playing with it
