Default Dockable Clickingmapping w PWN

Hi All!

I have been having a blast with PB and I have begun to experiment with things in multiboxing that I have never been able to do before (I used to use Octopus which is incredibly limited compared to PB). One of the new features that I have been trying to set up is Dockable Clickmapping.

I have browsed through the forum but have not had any luck.

Here is the issue:

When I select Dockable Clickmapping (I select the option from the main menu on PB and click 'enable' and 'ok'), I am able to move around the mouse and click on all of my clients (which is great!). However, two problems arise whenever I turn Clickmapping on:

1. I can no longer broadcast keys. (if you cannot use clickmapping and key broadcasting at the same time, isn't there some way to togle between the two in game?)

2. If I switch windows among my wow clients, all is good. However, if I try to select another window (for instance, the PB window), really crazy stuff starts happening. Every window box that is open turns white and starts flashing wildly. I am unable to close anything out and my computer locks up. I have found no way to regain control of my comp short of turning it off and rebooting.

Here's some system info:
Intell Quad 2.33 GHz
8 GB RAM
Windows XP

I recently DL the PB update for XP users stickied to the top of this forum as advised by Tim.

If anyone can help me out, I would greatly appreciate it. I would really like to use clickmapping and key broadcasting at the same time (would sure make gaming sweet).

Thanks for reading this wall of text.

It sounds pretty much like you have a config issue in your set up. I recommend examining all your key broadcast lists, make sure you aren't pausing or doing key broadcast list switching while you are dockable clickmapping.

I've used it probably ten thousand times so I know its pretty solid.

Thanks for such a quick response.

I only have one broadcast list set up at moment (at least that I am aware of). My broadcast list is configured with the 'dont broadcast these keys' option and the only keys that I am not broadcasting are my movement keys (Q, W, E - A, S, D). Should I be using another broadcast option or should I reconfigure my non-broadcast keys differently with Clickmapping?

Should clickmapping be working at the same time as key broadcast or does this require a togle of some sort (based upon your advice, it would seem as though they should both work at the same time).

Thanks Again.

Broadcasting keys does work with the dockable clickmapping, so just make sure you are broadcasting the keys you want, and then set the keys you want broadcasted in the dockable clickmapping. If your keys aren't being broadcasted then check your hotkeys to switch broadcasting, what keys you are broadcasting, etc. So just double check your configs.

Try murdering this thread with a ton of screenshots of your PB setup, as well as posting (in the code brackets in the forum) your PB config (edit out your username).

Here you go, Tim. Uploading pics from my comp onto your site would not work for me so I apologize for being unable to copy them directly into my post as that would have been much more convenient. However, here are the photos, linked from photobucket. Let me know if you need any others.

Also post your saved config (in the code brackets in the forum) your PB config (edit out your username).

Hi Tim,

Thanks again for all of your help. Forgive my noobness but I am not quite sure what you mean by the items you mention above.

Questions:

Are you asking for one thing or two? I cannot tell if the 'PB config' is something additional to the 'saved config'.

Where can I find these items? Please provide a step by step walk through on how I can locate these items (windows?) starting with the main PB menu.

Do you want me to post these items in this thread? (your quote mentions something about code brackets in the forum... I have no idea what that means).

Again, I apologize for being a noob.

I just got back to my home computer and had a chance to look for the two items (or one) that you mentioned, Tim. I just want to confirm that there is/are no such items listed on the main PB menu. I did a triple take of all of the options on the main menu. I also looked through the file and help dropdowns.

Does anyone else out there know what Tim is referring to?
