But that makes no sound for everyone, i just want it off on slaves for slightly better performance.

Couldn't you just go into the slaves options in game and turn sounds off?

Okay I just tested it with a clean Pwnboxer install, and it is working correctly.

You need to set your main to not have sound disabled, and your alt guys in Pwnboxer to have sound disabled.

Then start all games.

I verified by doing just that, then I fast game switched to each game window (I tested 3 games) and hit CTRL+S, and WoW said "Game Sound Enabled" Meaning that the sound was disabled correctly.

Ahh... so you want sound on the active client, but no sound on the slaves.. ?

I generally run, no wow sound on any toon.
Then I can listen to tunes, or a dvd.

That worked Tim thanks.

Is that just a quirk with WoW or the sound system is uses?
