Hey there,

I am actually using it right now, so I know it works. Hmm. It looks like your firewall/AV might be blocking it. As a test, disable windows firewall, disable AV, and then try and run it.

I did some googling and thought about this a while and I think I've found the problem. It is due to a call to a particular Windows API, which appears to be either unlicensed/corrupt/not there (as in, something in your Windows 7 install has an issue).

I'd say try running a massive update, check all your patches, make sure everything is up to date. Go ahead and test Pwnboxer on a diff Win7 system if you need to (you will have to REBIND pwnboxer, but go ahead).

hmm, i have just done a full virus scan etc (restarted computer aswell).

I have installed every update i can get my hands on.

now im stumped. but now im starting to believe i have a corrupt file somewhere.

i should also mention that i must run it with ADMIN permissions Then a box appears asking me to agree to the terms, once i hit "i Agree" it will then pop up and say the error message, Sometimes it wont show the terms agreement and just show the error message.

Yup it definitely is the issue that I mentioned. I googled the error (which is not a Pwnboxer specific error, it is actually a windows OS error).

Edit: Maybe a fresh OS reinstall is in order? I personally do it myself from time to time to keep things snappy and fast.
