For the boat, I never did it without a friend of mine handling 1 cannon. I'm pretty sure I can do it alone though.

What I did, is I had 2 guys (when I did it alone) stand by each cannon. In the place of the DPS button - I instead had a /target macro to target the cannon. As soon as I finished killing the freezing NPC, I hit the interact with target button and the cannon-guys would hop back in and start nuking. I made some changes in ISBoxer so that my 3 and 4 button would instead hit 1 on the guys doing the cannons.

I manually hit the 2-button to fire a stronger nuke from the cannons when they get close to full heat. The way to win is to keep your attention focused on the cannons heat, and only hit 2 when they have near full heat. If you don't, you will probably not beat it. I also manually made them target the mortar guys at the end of the enemy boat.

Other then that, I just stay on our boat, kill NPCs, nuke some of the guys standing on the edge of the enemy boat shooting at us - and as soon as the freezing lady shows up, run across (I never use the rocket-like packs you get, no need for that :P) kill her, nuke some mortars and stuff before I jump off. Rinse and repeat.
