My apologies. 'Fabricate' is definitely the right term there.

I haven't replied yet because I'm still thinking of a way to word a response which has the net result of a UPS guy arriving at my house with a box which contains a case just like yours.

Good luck with that, you can get plexi, you can get aluminum, this took me about 9 months on and off to build.

The hardware is off the shelf (except for the usb hub) though.

Zzy you have a newfound respect from me. That thread is amazing to follow along with. You've built a "mans" case and I'm really impressed.

Absolutely - I'm permanently in a tool collection phase depending on what I need done next.

There is a high probability I'll be building another one that's smaller but more efficient.
