Default Upgrade?

I am running an e8400 cpu at 2.84 on my gigabyte motherboard, not OC
RAM 8GB (max is 12GB)
ATI 4650 1GB

I have all settings on low for 5 toons and at best can get 45-55 fps then when i turn in or collect a quest from an npc it drops to under 15 on all 5 toons.

CPU upgrade, better graphics, more ram? RAM in system performance is under 3.25 being used while cpu is 82-85% being used.

I was wondering how can i stabilize the system to stay in that range. Havent tested in SW, but Exodar was fine.
BTW: My WOW is in my C: drive which is where my programs and windows are located. I do have 2 internal drives, D and E: (D drive is for videos, E drive is for music); should I move my music from E into D and reinstall WOW in E?

I was wondering if that would greatly enhance and maybe stabilize it more.

You can improve some fps by ocing to 3-3.4GHz maybe w/ little or no voltage bump (depends on the chip). I got mine to run at 4.0GHz with only 1.24v. A better 3d card would help as well though WoW is mostly CPU based but if you up the graphics settings then it leans towards 3d card performance.
