Hey Ualaa, I've tried googling but haven't found really anything on how to do this... But my SSD for my WoW directory is starting to experience stutters, so I think I need to run TRIM on it. Problem is, I have no idea how to do this, and I've googled and surprisingly haven't found much. If I remember right, you also have a Patriot Torque SSD drive. Do you happen to know how to run TRIM on it to "refresh" it up and mark all the bad blocks and move data around and such? Thx!

I am copy and pasting this from elsewhere: Please doubly verify you have the latest firmware and the latest wiper utility: Patriot Memory - Support Of course verify the instructions: a. This utility will only work for Patriot Torqx drives (non M28 version). Patriot Memory is not responsible for any damage to any other Patriot SSD Drive (i.e.; Patriot Torqx M28, Patriot Warp), or any ther hard drive. b. The utility works in Windows XP, Vista® and Windows 7 only. c. The utility should not wipe out any data however it is highly recommended to back up data on the drive to before running the application. d. Make sure not to have the jumper (from the firmware upgrade) when running the Patriot Wiper Utility. e. The application should be ran in the same drive as the host O.S. f. The application will only apply for each partition created and not the whole drive. For example; if you have a 128GB hard drive with two 60GB partitions, you would need to run the application for each partition. Disable AHCI and enable IDE for best results. Will not work with RAID configurations. Windows 7 and Torqx's - Patriot Memory Support Forums

The patriot TRIM command, is something called Wiper.exe which you can download from their site. Jenzebubble beat me to it.

I just found out that TRIM won't work on a SSD that is connected to a RAID controller. Since my PC has 9 hard drives (literally!), and 2 raid controllers that are active, the SSD, even though not RAIDED atm, can't be TRIM'd. Sucks. I guess I have to plug it into another PC just to run TRIM on it.

I've not bothered with Trim/Wiper on mine, but it seems to be running basically the same as when it was new. 64 GB SSD, that's never had anything but Warcraft on it.
