Satalite reciever cards - Multiboxing in World of Warcraft and Beyond!

Basicly in my flat i got this huge crappy ass TV and a sky box sat on top, i dont pay for sky and just watch the free to air channels. im looking to save a bit of room and ditch the tv and sky box by getting another monitor and using that to play tv through a PCI TV card of some sorts Has any body got any experience with these cards and know what is adescent card for use, does it take up large ammounts of CPU etc
