This (in particular B: ) - I noticed an immediate improvement when I went to an SSD, this was with no other upgrades.

Actually I am very surprised you are having problems. This hardware I've done 5boxing with absolutely just fine.

Did you try deleting the cache directory contents in each WoW? Give that a try, it helps with loading a LOT.

I believe you sometimes get to the point where read access on the HDD becomes your bottleneck. Its especially evident in large cities where the game has to access the data files for each piece of visible gear that each character thats visible is wearing.

Did you try running the slaves on one and main on other? or otherway around to see if it clears up?
Does it change when you move taskbar to one or the other monitor?
Did you remember not to click limit fps? You won't need to with 2 video cards.
Are you running BOTH monitors at native res? Very important, you will get worse fps if not native. I noticed the DXdiag shows..Native Mode: 1280 x 1024(p) (60.020Hz)..could it be you have 19inch monitor set as main on accident?
I have Vid Card one on my main monitor and my other video card on my other monitor.. I foudn that using 2 gpus for both screens didn't help my performance at all and I can't really say it hurt it either.. so I just decided to have it setup this way.

My Screen Resolution window for Windows Identifies my 24 inch monitor as screen 1 and my 19inch as screen 2..I assume this means that my 24inch is the main monitor.. but I had a problem with vista using my smaller monitor as the main window and I had to change it manually in windows.. I couldn't figure out why it did that..but when I switched to the Evaluation copy of Win7 that issuse went away.

In task manager, run the Performance Monitor, and then play warcraft.

Play for 20-30 mins, doing what you normally do.

Then log off and check where your own system bottlenecks are.

This will tell you what you need to upgrade the most.
How will I check my bottlenecks..what should I be checking for in my performance monitor..? I know that when I play outside of Org.. that my performance is alright CPU usage on both cores stay about 60-80 percent. When I hit org my comp takes about 5 seconds or so to load the characters and from that point on I get lag..shutter.. w/e you want to call it where the screens skip.. in my slaves.. I recently switched my setup where my main WoW main is smaller and does not stretch the whole screen and that was made it better..I can actually walk through the lag without losing slaves because there auto follow failed due to falling behind..

The only real problems I am having is loading initially in big cities..so, I am starting to think this is a HD loading bottleneck..my drives are defragmented weekly..is there something else that I can do to improve my current HD's performance? I have my windows HD partitioned into 2 sections, but the drive has wow and windows on it just in different partitions ...could this be causing performance problems for the drive?

In Task Manager, go to Performance, and run Resource Monitor.
Then play wow normally for an hour or whatever.

And check where your bottlenecks are.
