| IMO it won't lag if you set the resolution to a lowish setting, 800x600 area, test it out see what works, don't use too many addons, 4 gigs isn't alot for what wow demands for addons. The processor should be fine enough, if you can expand more memory, I highly recommend getting at least 8 gigs in there. However with what you got, should be fine. Graphics shouldn't be a problem either, wow isn't really too heavy on the graphics as they are with CPU power. 1 gig at ddr2 should be able to handle what comes your way, infact I had that same card, worked fine but doesn't allow for high graphics settings on 5 toons, usually set distance to max on main, then lowest on all your slaves. Other than that, dont change anything on the main from lowest , however toy with it to see what you can do. |

| Senior Member | Yeah, get more memory, And you should be ok, I dont think you should lag in bg's or instances since the area is small i'm having a bit of spike in AV when alot of poeple are in one place, lower your distance view, and lower graphic setting, i woulnt change resolution. I have pretty much same comp quad 3.2, 12ddr3 ram, 2x 1gb graphic card. 3 monitors, some addons.

| Make sure you can support it on your motherboard. Check the manual on what kind of sticks you can get, and if you need to get a pair of them to support it. If you have 4 ram slots then you need to install them 2 at a time, if you have two ram slots, then you need to replace them if they're filled up, or you can fill the other slot if its empty. |

| honestly i would steer away from amd for the purposes of mutiboxing. but if your on a budget i guess go with amd. it would seem intel was made for this

| I dont know much about hardware, but as far as i know, buying a AMD processor at the moment is wasting your money, intel is just so much better right now |
