| Stock speeds are 830MHz on regular setting and 880MHz on OC setting. Don't forget that the 6990 is a dual gpu card. Crossfire on one card lol. Thinking about getting another and having Quad crossfire. Just gotta get a new power supply first though. Don't think this little 750 would handle that. Here are some money shots for ya'll The heat spreader on the back is nice with cutouts for both GPU's but i would have liked to have seen cooling holes in it. ![]() Here is the other side where the cooling fan lies. ![]() I will defiantly be water cooling this soon. Loaded temp sits right at 80 degrees C and thats a little warm for me and thats on both GPU's

| yeah definitely need some hydro for that or your investment will just melt ![]() I recently finished water cooling my sli GTX480's with danger den water blocks and it dropped my load temps by 40+ degrees celcius on pure distilled water and i definitely don't miss the fan noise... I'm planning a second loop for my cpu in the future. for now the noctua cooler has been fantastic. ![]() Just what the doctor ordered ![]() http://www.dangerden.com/store/dd-6990-water-block.html Danger Den DD-6990 Block Install on the ATi HD 6990 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C4ekxiBwI_g Just to throw my hat in the ring on the subject of out with the old Here's my case about a year and half ago before watercooling bits and the 5.5TB sata 3 raid were added ![]() Last edited by xartin; 10-07-2011 at 08:08 PM. |

| Those are some mega ultra sexy screenshots. How good does that corsair liquid cooling thingy for the CPU work? Are there competitors? It seems like a really easy way to get the liquid cooling results. |

| It actually works quite well. Ambient in my apartment is 74 degrees F and i have 2 Newegg.com - Scythe SY1225SL12SH 120mm "Slipstream" Case Fan on it and when i burn it in with prime 95 i hardly ever go above 120 and at idle i sit about 90F which is better than the noctua i had on it. Yes there one or 2 competitors but they offer about the same performance.

| Senior Member | nice, Wish my 2 other monitors i could twist, Unless I figure something out I would go that way as well, it takes less space/room.
