Congrats on your N54te!

I've not used one, so my help will be limited.

I'd look at the hotkeys and macros which you use regularly.
A team can have hotkeys for health or mana (or both) potions.
But a given toon will typically only need one or the other.
So one hotkey for potions will probably be enough.
On some toons it will be healing on others mana, but the same keybind and bar position on all toons.

I'd think independent slave actions will be a big part of the set up.

Not really sure how many hotkeys you have and regularly use.
In my set up, I use:
- 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 0, -, =
- Shift A, S, D, F, G, H, J, K, L, ;
- Shift F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, F6, F7, F8, F9, F0
- WASDQE (Main), Arrow Keys (Slaves)
- Backspace, Tab, T
- G1, G2, G6, G12, G13-G18.

I would probably migrate as many of these as possible to the new device.
Ideally, everything would be easily accessible either through a mouse action or the N52.
