What is your CPU looking like after you load WoW? Though I doubt it has much of an impact.

Do this: Google up and download Pingplotter Standard. Set it to google.com and trace and run. Then look at it before WoW. Then run WoW and look at it after.

My initial thought is your ISP is throttling or whatever is doing your NAT is overloaded.

IF it is your NAT, then reboot your cable modem + Router, then try again.

Okay so what this means is that something is limiting your ability to stream as soon as you load up your WoWs.

This has happened to me before, but it is when I run Steam and download at 80-120 mbps.

Try this: Close WoW, and JTV FME. Disable windows firewall. Then start both back up. Hows it look then?

Still does the same thing it works a little then stream stops and the server buffer sky rockets and restarts stream

The funny thing is that i never had a problem on windows 7 32bit its when i switched over to 64 bit.

A quick note: The stream que happens if your network connection to the JTV cannot handle the bandwidth of the stream.

So try this... start up the stream and put some other things in the streaming area captured, like watch some youtube videos to test, etc.

My guess is your ISP is throttling you.

Well, I reset my modem and then it was working fine today and stuff.... except for a few drops and then restart it was fine for a while but, it might also be my pc lagging cause some of the problem as well.
