I'm kinda computer dumb, but I'm going to give you my 2 copper worth anyway. The sticky Tim has up here on the minimum spec to dual box recommends 2 gig of ram. So, I'd guess that rig would be able to run 4.

That'd be able to run 5 with ease.
My old pc ran 5 barely:
pnetium 4 single core
4gigs of ram
nvidia 9400gt

So you shouldn't have a problem 5 boxing at the least

Looks good.

I'd personally go with another 1TB HDD instead of the SSD (just not sold on those yet). Do you have prior experience?

Maybe I missed something, but Arctic silver, but no cooler? Already have something?

RAID0 SSD with my Intel X25-Ms (1st Gen) made the biggest impact to my overall performance. Not just in gaming but in every day usage. Highly recommended.

id dump the quad core phenom for an i7 or the like, for the same price, change the SSD to a 1tb or so, get ram in incriment of 3, and find a vista that has a free windows 7 upgrade.....i think thats all. just my 2 cents...

edit: oh and ditch the amd card and go nvidia....and ddr5 is a bit overkill for the card??
