Hi, could I get some help with a computer...

Okay, first of all my budget for a computer is pretty much not a problem.
This will be the first time building a computer and I would like to know if the parts are compatible. I'll list the parts to begin with.
The video cards I really giving me a problem right now, I was thinking about weather or not to get two 5970's or just one. I'm also struggling weather or not to get the 5970 2GB or 4GB. While they're in stock I guess I'll just get the 4GB.

Case-Antec Twelve Hundred
Motherboard-ASUS P6X58D Premium
Processor-Intel Core i7 980x Extreme Edition
Memory-CORSAIR DOMINATOR-GT 6GB
Power Supply-CORSAIR HX Series 1000W
Video Card-Sapphire Radeon HD 5970 4GB

Razer Mamba

hello and what are you running it for kind off games?? multiboxing how many chars and wow or other game

1) if your multiboxing your going to need a min off 6gb off ram up to 8gb 4gb would work in low lag zones

2) two vedio cards are pointless for wow, unless you need more then two sceens

I'll probably be multiboxing around 3 chars maybe 4. I plan to be playing WoW, APB, crysis 2, Dirt 2, and any other game to come out and which ever ones I feel like playing. I'll probably be broadcasting on JTV also, not sure yet. Yeah I pretty much decided I'd just get the Sapphire Radeon 5970 4GB video card. Forgot to mention I'm also getting Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.

i go for 16gb off ram steaming useing a bit off ram

Only problem with that is your motherboard is tri-channel memory. Either 3 sticks or 6.

Things to keep in mind when choosing RAM:

Slot size. Most are 240pin.
Memory Standard. Make sure you get one that is compatible
As far as I know, all i5 i7 boards are triple channel. Core 2s were dual channel. Check this too.

I only have one more question, will this computer last me awhile? By awhile I mean be able to play new games and other games fairly well.
