| So I've been looking for a external mic that will sit on my desk for recording audio, anyone have any suggestions? Should i get a mixer also? Thanks, Archey |

| I use a Mackie mixer and a Cobalt microphone. Works awesome. Also needed 3 stereo audio splitters as well as some misc. cables for the mic/mixer. |

| awesome, i was looking at a mic from bluemic, but i would still use my headset to hear, would i need a mixer to be able to record system audio(headset) and voice audio(bluemic)? |
