Default Current sweet spot for SSDs?

Hey guys. Out of town and multiboxing came up. Convinced the guy to build a new pc and go for it, but I haven't shopped SSD's this summer and don't have time to presently.

Can someone post some leads for 40 - 60gb size, or steals up to 80gb? He wants one per game x 5.

What's the best feature/price point now, too? Sata 3? 250mb/s? 285? Where are we these days?

Thanks!

A single warcraft install on one SSD, gets you almost as much benefit as you're going to get.

If your software will virtualize the Config.WTF file, then multiple installs get you nothing extra.

If your software does not virtualize the config file, then symbolic links (to Cache, Data and Interface folders) allow you to place one parent warcraft install (with those folders) and then as many copies (which only contain the other wow folders) as you like at 10-20mb's per copy. You could have several hundred installs, if for some reason you wanted that many executables, each with a different level of video/graphic settings.

I could see someone wanting two SSD's in Raid0, as that is faster then one SSD. If I was buying an SSD today, I'd get an OCZ Vertex 2 (100GB or so) and put one warcraft on, plus the operating system. With the single SSD, you can run TRIM and keep the drive running good.

*Edit*
If you were to Raid0 an SSD, you lose the Trim command in Windows 7. In which case, you partition the drive and give yourself a 20-30GB space which is never written to. From what I've read, that lets your memory controller drives do longer sequential read/writes, and extends the life of your drive.
