Aight then sounds like we need 1 of each account to have invite perms?

So are you going to go for 10x level 85s on each account, 1 per class? I'm doing that when Cata comes out, all new accts too!

oh, I was thinking about changing how I leveled these guys, figuring one of each class on each account, more like this:

Order will be account 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5
Team one: DK(t), mage(dps), lock(dps), shaman(dps/heals), priest(h)
Team two: mage(dps), lock(dps, shaman(dps/heals), priest(h), dk(t)
Team three: Lock, shaman, priest, dk, mage
Team four: shaman, priest, dk, mage, lock
Team five: priest, dk, mage, lock, shaman

This would give me 5 of the same teams, and 5 of each of those classes I can cruise through to 85 pretty quickly with minimal adjustments after the initial group.

Leaves me with the Druids, Hunters, Warriors, Paladins, and Rogues

One melee class with an IWT macro isn't bad, Pally heals, Warrior tank, Druid caster/backup heals, and Hunter as a caster shouldn't be too hard. That would give me 5 of each class in a short amount of time that I can switch out or pvp with 5 of a single class as I chose whenever I wanted. The only issue is the first group must pass level 55 of all toons prior to being able to make the DK tanks for the other 4 teams, and with a 58 dk running the little guys around, it shouldn't be any issue running dungeons till they catch up.

The other option I was thinking was running warriors to 58 and switching them out with the dk's, but then I have lvl 58 warriors with lowbies instead of dk's, so I think it would be faster to just use the dk's from the start.

With your granted levels, use them for the tanks to stay at least 2 levels higher than your group, and then evenly distribute the other ones throughout the group as you level, or as much as you can anyways. Another thing to think about is transferring one of your high level guys to the last account that didn't RAF an account so you can use boa leveling gear on that account to keep up with the other accounts as much as possible.
