| Just wondering because I'd like to join, if I'm allowed to. I've specifically created 5 lady Orc shamans to multibox with. Was thinking of going down either the Elemental or Enhancement path with all five of them. The sheer power they could possess in time... !!So anyways, the alpha-female is named Ethera. She'll be with four others, named in a weird way after the four elements. I'm just starting out seriously on this, so check me out if you have the time. Or PM me in-game. I'll be on there shortly. |

| Elemental will likely be easier to level with. You basically have the slaves follow the main, move to orient the others, and then nuke away with whatever castsequence or two-stage macro of your choice. That said, Elemental is close to the weakest it has ever been both in terms of PvE damage and PvP power. You'll definitely blow up quest mobs along the way, without issue. Enhance will require you to master Click to Move + Interact With Target. There are a few people absolutely tearing up PvP now, with 4/5x Enhance Shammies. With Wolves out, they're extremely strong. I'd lean towards four if you prefer PvP or five if you prefer PvE or will play both aspects of the game; with four you can find a healer to play arena with you, while with five you can be a complete group or your own healer... and nothing stops you from running four while still getting a dedicated healer for arena. Either composition is going to have Tremor Totem on round-robin. Which is a raid-wide (so the whole party, even in battlegrounds with your toons split up) Fear/Charm/Sleep breaker. So essentially six trinkets across the team. Grounding is fairly effective against spells, especially with that many of them. Earthbind can snare/root, and can help you close the distance on someone. Healing Stream, is not insignificant passive healing and at least one will glyph it for the massive resistances. Five minute (glyphed) Fire Elementals, will rock for either spec; and you can now have both Fire and Earth Elementals out at once. Should be a fun composition. |
