Default FME + ATI TV Wonder 600 USB = Failure?

I've gotten this combo to work before, but haven't been able to get it going since. I grabbed FME3 because it actually let me select my inputs (FME2.5 just makes me choose my system default for recording). But my TV stick seems to be making it freeze. In FME3 it just freezes and I have to force close the program. In FME2.5 it just closes the stream immediately. When I run Audio + Video, it does this. When I run Video only, it does this. When I run Audio only, it works perfectly.

Do you guys have any insight as to what might be going wrong.

EDIT - It seems its actually anytime I try to stream video to justin.tv

Are you using the XML file to broadcast or are you just entering the stream location and the code?
What kind of computer are you using to cast off of, what other software is running?
OS?
Updated drivers for your Wonder 600?

I believe that I installed some program that was actively preventing certain actions by FME. I was trying out America's Army and it does come with some anti-cheat software. I was noticing that the anti-cheat stuff was still active even though I wasn't playing the game. I uninstalled that and a few other things. I finally got the stream to work. I'm even set up for voice as well .
