International copyright law, which applies within both Europe and North America recognizes ownership of created works and copyrights are implied unless explicitly stated otherwise. Especially given the author expressing a desire to not have his video linked here. I don't see why he wouldn't want a link to his boxing video on a boxing site, as long as he was given credit for the movie. If he didn't want to promote PB, he could even go so far as to say, this movie was made with "a", edited with "b", and the boxing software used during the video was "c". |
