5x Arcane mages created!

Created 5x Arcane mages, level 35-36 atm. Right of the bed I spec'd them arcane, I don't have to go frost spec for leveling since I 1 shoot everything.

As some of you know I own/play 5x Elemental shamans, actually thinking to grind gear and second spec/tree and make them ench. just for fun, need to go back and run some cata instances to get the gear for ench since i have none.

The Shaman is a fun class.

You have the option of melee (Enhance), ranged (Elemental) or heals (Resto).
You're only missing a tank spec, but for non-heroic content Earth and Fire elementals easily suffice.

Melee got some nice buffs in 4.3, and in general are destroying casters in pvp, so messing around with enhance could be quite fun once you're partially geared or especially once fully geared.



Team Beeq, as a 5x Arcane Mage boxer, has videos of killing most of the Cataclysm heroic bosses.
The videos were from the 4.1 era, essentially with the gearing that you got from heroics rather than 4.2/4.3 gearing that was quite a bit overgearing the dungeons.

With mirror image, and all the control of the mages... plus their amazing burst, they'll definitely be an interesting team.

I did not level Mages, Warlocks or Paladins with my RAF, and wish I had.
I've since leveled a 5x Pally team to 55th (for the 70-74 bracket of pvp) and my Warlock team is 20ish.
Mages are always tempting...

Awesome about the Mages, how is it all going for you so far? Any pros/cons you see, and how is it without a healer in the group? Skipping a tank I can see as being doable for sure, but the missing healer might hurt a little bit. Maybe?

level 40 atm, What i do just quest. I go through quests like crazy, Nothing gets closer to me, I have full control, i can pull 5-6 mobs at the same time and i just arcane blast, barrage hits so hard. nice for mob tag. I'm not so happy as far elemental shaman damage in patch 4.3 BLIZZ did screw something up!, (thats why im thinking to go ench) arcane mages can do easly 27k dps (depends on gear, sometimes even more, you can crit people for 80k+, with decent gear in bg) x5 you can see how much damage they put up.

Ualaa, yeah i watched every vid of his and i think that's how i got hooked.
