Oh I am definitely sticking on Blackrock, 100% for sure, we have an awesome guild there.

I was just wondering maybe if I should see my druids all the way through, or get ADMD (attention deficit multiboxing disorder) and start a new team when Cata comes around.

I'm sort of torn right now, but I really do love my druids.

Will be going with the Druids (existing at 80th) as the first team. But will probably level other teams shortly thereafter.

Don't anticipate leveling new teams initially, although the Warlocks are still lower level and Paladins or Mages would be nice.

I have 5 mixed teams and will be getting them all to 85 before anything else. I'm hoping there's a good lvl 85 gold-making circuit similar to what Ualaa layed out in his guide for the Icecrown dalies. I have no 310% speed mounts so it's likely I'll be shelling out 125,000g to get the new flying skill for everyone... argh =)

After that I might make a 5-man goblin team. Not sure what classes but it will be for pvp.

Waiting to see how broken my main team is after 4.01.

The shamans use /click dps macros, but my Hunter and paladins just use /castsequences

My second group (all 63ish atm) is the same mix... Warlock, Moonkin are /click dps, but I got a good castsequence for the DK and bear druid.

Anyone verify if the /click macro is indeed gone/disabled?

A /Click macro works fine, however it will only click the first option in the macro. So a vehicle macro, which clicks the first four buttons will instead only click the first button (or whichever button is the first /Click Whatever command).

Also, commas in castsequences are broken and will lock a macro.

Macros still execute from top to bottom.
So you could easily go with something like:
/Castsequence [reset=combat] A, B, C, D, E, A, C, D, B, E, A, A, Null. (etc)
Until you're almost out of characters.
And then (assuming you have the characters available), add:
/Click MultiBarRightButton4
Which would essentially let you almost double your character count.

Servers are not up to test if "Click" or "Castsequence Commas" are in fact gone, but they were gone on the PTR, which has not changed prior to this patch being pushed. It is a fair assumption that these mechanics are gone.

Your best options at the moment seem to be breaking your DPS into a few keys.

One will be the default /Castsequence A, B, C, D etc., macro. Something which loops for as close to optimal DPS as we can manage.

Then have another for your Proc type abilities. So you might be spamming "1" mostly, but every "x" presses click on "2" instead of "1", hopefully catching most of your proc type effects.

You might also have something which you will use on bosses or mobs/players who will last a while. Not much point wasting time on Curse of Elements, for a mob that won't last 3 seconds. But definitely worthwhile landing this on a boss.

My first team in Cataclsym will be: 5x Druids.

My primary spec (PvP) will be 5x Feral (Cat).

My off-spec (PvE) is undecided, depending on how 3x Feral Cats perform for PvE play.
I'd like to have 5x Resto, as the off-spec.
But might end up with 3x Boomkin, 1x Bear, 1x Resto as off-spec.

After this team, the goal will be to simply level the others to 85.
Since the Druids are covering the PvE aspect, I can mix/match my other two primary teams, to possibly go with 5x Shaman and have a tank on the mixed team.
These are currently:
- Priest, Mage, Druid (Boom/Bear), Shaman, Shaman (mixed Casters).
- Shaman, Shaman, Paladin (Prot), Shaman, Warlock (current PvE team).

Will spend a fair bit of time on:
- 4x Warlocks, 1x Priest (Disc).
Want this team to be available for battlegrounds, from the opposite factions point of view.
Not sure if this will be the 2nd team or 4th team to level, but they'll be leveled up.

Have some 5x teams to mess around with:
- 5x Death Knights
- 5x Hunters
- 5x Priests
At the moment, these are purely for transmutes.
Contemplating adding either/both/all:
- 5x Mages
- 5x Paladins
- 5x Rogues
If I did, I'd likely mix the Pallies/DK's to make another team I'd mess with a lot, along with more transmute/daily toons.
I've always liked the idea of 5x Mages, going back to my Manaburn team in Everquest I.
The idea of all Rogues is intriguing, but with an all Feral Cat team, this is unlikely.
