Yet another fun Comcast update! - Multiboxing in World of Warcraft and Beyond!

Okay guys, so I just had yet another comcast truckroll tech visit my house, after 5 days of Comcast outages in a row. Guess what the tech tells me?

He said that finally, after nearly 50 calls, spanning over a year, with hundreds of complete Comcast CMTS Node outages, affecting hundreds of customers in my area for each daily outage, Comcast is totally replacing the CMTS I am connected to (119 people) and another couple CMTS down the line!

Yay!

This means that, starting Monday, I should have SOLID service!

SOLID SERVICE = NO OUTAGES EVERY FEW HOURS = TIM CAN FINALLY MAKE A BROADCASTING SCHEDULE AND STICK TO IT!

Rejoice!

Now lets just pray that what happens actually happens and stuff gets fixed!

So far since their upgrade, I am at 100% uptime. It hasn't been 24 hours yet, but it is looking good!
