. If someone reports you the gm will chat with you and just explain what your doing, as long as there is no exploiting or automation involved they will say "multiboxing is cool! you are a cool guy! goodluck!" and leave, well.. thats been my experience .

| The only thing anyone has to know about is that you own the accounts. People may report you thinking youre "botting" or "hacking" or "exploiting", but most of the time the GM will just tell the reporter to "STFU, tard" or some variation. If a GM does talk to you just tell them youre multiboxing. Anything beyond that is mostly chitchat from a curious and friendly GM.

This is quite the original post ![]() The only person you need to let know that you are multiboxing is that pesky alliance gnome. You can do so by dropping off 5 juicy lightning bolts right into his face.

All gm a traned about boxing if the gm is new and a player is been said to be botting one they would pass the ticket (new gm can not ban players in tell they know what there doing) on to head gm. After they told the reporting playing they are looking into it they say thanks for the help etc etc, The the Head-gm/gm will watch u for a few mins a lot the time sometimes they talk to u sometimes they do not. they can see whats botting and whats not very easy to pick out if there not 100% say your running the same zone over and over they probey talk to you if wardon says all is ok on the acconts thats about what they do with all botting/mutiboxing cases If the player keep reporting to the gm, yes there been a lot then they get told its all ok and read the web about mutiboxing as this is what the player is doing. if they do it to many times that player will get banned for watseing gm time for a few days, a lot the times the player reports once and its over, they move on the gm moves on all happy back to boxing for all fun

I've seen quite a few threads, where people just open a ticket. Saying, Hi I'm multiboxing with these characters. Can you put a note on in the system to that effect. I'm not sure that it does anything or not. Assuming you transfer 30k to a member of your new team from your banker toon for epic flight and cold flying at 70th, I'd think you'd have the same chance to be automatically flagged for gold transfers. And if you were flagged automatically, they'd easily see you're transfering between accounts you own, no big deal. It doesn't hurt to say, "Hey I'm Toon A, Toon B, Toon C, Toon D and Toon E, and am multiboxing." But you don't need to say that either.

Thanks for the replies peeps, guess i'll just wait for some grief . But here on Steamwheedle Cartel EU people don't seem too much bothered by it, but that may change once I start to hit BG's

I haven't spoken to a GM myself a single time in the past year+ for multiboxing. I think they pretty much know what is going on and that everything is fine. Sure, back in the day, I'd sometimes speak to a GM multiple times a day, often asking me things like my favorite color, 2+2=??, etc, but those days are gone.
