Ok so I really want to start my own just wow stream and I would just love to know what he uses to stream the way he does. I do have a very good system so I can take pretty much anything you can hurl at me lol. I am sorry if this has already been posted but if it has please give me a link to it. I have already tried a few things and I can get the broadcast to show wow but it is very bad quality.

Tim uses Hardware to stream. He has his gaming PC outputting to Blackmagic Design: Intensity I believe on another PC which then streams it. His streaming PC is very high quality (I believe he said it costs something around $6k although I could be off on that).

I'm going to be writing up an extensive FAQ w/video, images, etc., soon on this whole streaming topic. I'd love to get an army of multiboxers (and WoWers) streaming to compliment our website here and everything!

There are multiple software methods that can be used to stream, however can't think off the top of my head. Can think of plenty that record (Fraps, camstudio, camtasia) and I guess on some of those with the right settings you can set them up to stream. I'll have a look and see what I can think of, I know there's some out there but it's just been forever since I streamed anything myself that I can't remember.

Off the top of my head - WebcamMax - Add videos, pictures and effects to virtual/real Webcam and broadcast on messengers lets you stream your screen. I've never used it myself so don't know how good the quality is etc. or what limits it has but you should be able to get it set up and streaming your screen. I'm sure there's more but I honestly can't think of any.
