There were no new races in WotLK, so aside from having access to DK's, nothing is lost by not having WotLK, until you want to advance beyond 70th.

Ok i got another question. I'm really thinking about adding 2 more accts to be able to run a full team. Now when I do this I need to Raf from 2 of my accounts right?
Or will it matter if I recruit from just one account? If only one acct recruits, that will be the only acct that can get granted levels, right? So I'm thinking 2 accts recruit 2 new accts to spread level grants??

You have three, because adding two will get you a full team of five.

I'd pick the existing account with the best booster.
And not link from that account.
Another consideration is to use the account with the most toons you'll want to box with, since this account will not receive any granted levels, and as a booster will not get new toons during the RAF period; you can character transfer to this account, if you want to down the road.
Call this existing account A.
And the other two existing accounts as B and C.

Link like this:
A (Booster) No Link.
B >> D
C >> E

Boost BCDE with A.
For every two toons on D/E, B/C each receive a free toon of the same level (max level 60).
