Default Very Low FPS in Firelands 25m

Hey guys, I just got back to the states and ran my first firelands raid yesterday. Everything was working well but I noticed that my fps was around 18, when I entered the instance. My MS was really low about 57-80. Well on the fights my fps went to like 4. My setting are at "good".

Now I'm trying to figure out why this is.. I'm running an Alienware m11x

Your system is a :

Laptop - Alienware M11x

Hard Drive - 320GB SATAII 7,200RPM

Memory - 8GB Dual Channel DDR3 at 800MHz

Processor - Intel® Core™ i7 640UM (4M Cache, 1.2 GHZ with 2.266 GHz Max Turbo Frequency) - Overclockable

I would think that the computer should be able to handle wow and raiding?

I think I just fixed this issue by upgrading my desktop computer.

New Rig... What do you think?

Oh one thing is to disable water graphics level in the video options. That one setting alone does around 2x more GPU stuff than the whole game combined (it does on my system).
