Frostmourne

Why? us ranked #2 with several endgame raiding guilds and 10x the amount of alliance vs. horde

US WoW Realms :: WoWProgress - World of Warcraft Rankings

There's another server aswell with a good alliance population but i wont know until my wow client finishes patching. It might be proudmoore.

Any server with less than 20,000 player population is going to be an epic disappointment. I had the misfortune of playing alliance on nazgrel for too long. mainly an alliance server but omg such a waste of time with playing with 8000 people that have never been exposed to a high population realm.

Blizzard has no sympathy for any new player with the misfortune of starting wow playing on an extremely low population realm. They do nothing but consistently produce players with dysfunctional skills.

Fortunately i got out of nazgrel and went horde on area52 for several years.

Doesn't prepared play alliance? If so which server and guild was he on.

There's also the other multiboxing group to consider from the isboxer camp and if memory serves me they all play alliance on a us server that i don't immediately recall the name of.

Proudmoore is likely the best and one of the oldest well developed alliance servers in north america but it's a pve server. finding a "good" alliance pvp server you'd probably have to see where dara mactire has setup shop or find mufasaprime or swifty's battle.net page.

If memory serves me they all play on Darkspear

Yup Darkspear... and it's got a 20k population at least. as pvp servers go darkspear is #1 for alliance pvp uncontested.

Tim,

Now that i offered several juicy options to consider can you please stop avoiding on the guild theft issue and try and look into recovering it?

I did say please a few dozen times over the last month i'm sure and getting spammed with guild recruiting pm's 50 times a day gets annoying...

Okay so for options:

Tarfu isn't on Frostmourne which would of been nice, it is Frostmane 100% Broomba?

Is there a good up to date URL that shows us servers by faction, so we can look at what Frostmourne is for example? Wowprogress is just raiding stats... Potentially though Frostmourne does look good!

So back to what we want:

PVP Server
Top 10-20 high population (but no wait times plz!) Note: High pop does NOT mean high pop of raiders, it means overall high pop, more so even of non raiders.
Alliance : Horde ratio somewhere around 15% in Horde favor
US based!

Can you guys maybe riddle off what matches that and lets pick one!

EDIT: The guild leader ended up being one of my multiboxed Paladins for some reason, odd, I thought it was my new druid. So the pally wasn't logged for months, and BAM, guild got fked. But I wonder why it didn't pass ownership to a guild officier or such, but somehow instead to a person nobody even heard of? Oh well, I don't care much, we'll do a new guild

Check this out!

http://wow.realmpop.com/us.html

Frostmourne doesn't look too bad on there!

Keep on looking around, see if you find a couple other ones.

I'd take a very hard look at Magtheridon US.
<The Zerg> (Horde) has far more boxers than any other server, probably by an order of magnitude.
They actually have four guilds because three is not enough for their army.
An addon links the chat between the guilds, you don't need it yourself, but anyone running it will "relay" guild chat between the guilds.

One of their level 25 guilds, gets you quite a few perks.
And there is a lot of support from other boxers, quite a few people who are knowledgeable in all of the boxing software options reside there.

The server is PvP, with a very slight edge to the Horde... something like 52% vs 48%.
There are daily raids into each others cities, taking the auction house etc... I've never seen Silvermoon City hit, which is where I parked my auction toon.

The server is medium population, meaning aside from the first couple of weeks of an expansion, there won't be queues to get in.
The economy is fairly robust; anytime I post 80 Greater Celestial Essences (in stacks of 1, listed for 1cp below next cheapest) they're gone the next day.
There are scrolls for enchants, gems for sockets, crafted epics or starter pvp items... pretty much a similar economy to my other server.
Also This... hands down the better option

Staying on Blackrock is still however the best option
