When you create a team, is that pretty much for good?
Its hard to do "substitutions" right? Because of all of the macros that need setting up. I spent 3 hours yesterday learning how to set up the macros, but I would hate to have a dynamic team which changes regularly?

Whats your thoughts?

Depends on how you set it up. The setup i have requires no macros. I could play any 4 toons in theory - would need to ensure keybinds line up across each char though.

Well,
What I mean is, lets assume I have this:

Team 1:
Warlock
Warlock
Warlock
Warlock
Warlock


Team 2:
Shaman
Shaman
Shaman
Shaman
Shaman


Team 3:
Pally
Pally
Pally
Pally
Pally


Now, lets assume that I have set up all of my macros and spells etc. If I then wanted to swap in a Pally into my Lock team, I would find it very difficult without extensive reconfiguration? Would you agree?

I'm also unsure how I should set things up for mixed teams.

This is how I have it setup atm, but I havn't really got into the complicated stuff yet.
General Macro tab: follow,focus,target,invite(/jamba groupinvite)

Personal Macros tab: each class/character has his/her own macros sets, so If i'm doing multiple of the same class its easy to setup since I broadcast my keys when adding keys, since all macros are going to be pretty much the same, if it's shamans it varies a little bit. I have only done Hunters & shamans so far tho. I want to start a pally or warlock team next.

I hope this helps. If your worried about keybindings, then you could create a macro to change your keybindings if necessary just for a specific team.
