Streaming on JTV - Multiboxing in World of Warcraft and Beyond!

I'm trying to start up a stream on JTV, but every program I find to do Virtual Cam doesn't work all that well... Just wondering what programs you other guys use?

I tried a fair few, some of them wouldn't install/work on my windows 7 64bit system (not sure about other OS's), some would work but wouldn't give me an area big enough for my widescreen monitor (WTF), and some would run but I couldn't find anyway to actually RUN it (even from the exe, it'd only start a config, no way to start USING it).

Hoping that someone can let me know what they use to do it all, would be double-helpful if anyone ran the same sorta OS, that way i could be sure it worked)

And whichever program you recommend, could you please provide quick/small guide (or a link) on how to set it up to work with JTV? Never done streaming before, but i would love to give it a go!

p.s. the internet is full of CRAP programs! :P

I'm going to be doing new videos for that soon and will be comparing FME 2.5 to 3.1 as well and also providing an alternative to VHScrCap.

See, whilst it has its issues, All my experience with wirecast has been quite pleasant.
