Default Server to start on?

I've been playing for a while on blackrock (single player) and i'm looking to start multiboxing. I'm looking for a PvE server, as i'm tired of getting ganked while leveing... i don't really mind about the lack of world pvp, i just want to play my multiboxer chars.

Are there any servers that have at least 1 multiboxing guild or a few random multiboxers that anyone knows of? That are PvE?

Also, I'm tossing up between these two teams:
1 Paladin + 3/4 Shammies
4/5 Shammies
(not sure if i'm going to 4 or 5 box yet)

I'm really not sure if I need the paladin... I will be doing instances solo, but i'm really not sure if I want to play another paladin. But if it's a good effective combo, then i'll do it for sure. Also, how good is a pala+shammies team in pvp? Because i know full shammy team dominates pvp.

I'm just not sure what to do.

You are welcome to roll on Lothar =)

If you're looking to do some pve, then I highly recommend having a tank toon (unless you like the lfd wait) Any tank works, but Paladins seem to be the easiest to multibox with.

1 Pally 4 shaman teams are great cause you can do instances, and then go pvp with the 4 shamans if you like (or even have the pally tag along).

It'd be nice to roll on Lothar again, my very first char was on there :P.

Are you horde or ally?

I thought Pally/Shammies would be best... but i just prefer to play AS a shaman over pally... Would it be too hard to have the pally tank as a slave? (i'm assuming yes.)

Servers with multiple active boxers.

Alliance US - Kil'jaedin... Legion of Boom
Horde US - Blackrock... But Mom I'm Multiboxing

Alliance EU - Al'Akir... GIMP
Horde EU - Grim Batol... The Zerg

*Edit*
Think each is a PvP server.

Horde.

When doing instances, you'll want to drive with the tank. In pvp however you could have the pally dual spec holy as a slave.

With Interact with Target + Click to Move...

You can drive with any toon.
But you'll want to switch to the tank, to turn mobs away from the group.

If you have an FTL type set up, and CTM+IWT, you can be on any given toon at almost any point.
Sometimes its better to be on one then another, and one toon won't always be the best in all cases.

Thanks for all the advice guys!

As a first time multiboxer though, i think i'm going to just do 1-20 with 5 shamans and 1-20 with 1 pally 4 shammies and see which i like better.

But overall i think 1 pally 4 shammies would be the best way to go.

Thanks everyone

NP.

You could also try a druid, dk, or warrior if you like.

A druid would also be a more powerful healer for pvp too.
