Honestly this issue never really crops up to me anymore, simply because I press my move up/down/strafe key all the time to reset statefulness of movement keys. So really, over the past 1000 hours of playing, I don't think I've had 1 runaway issue. It might have popped up, but I just press those 3 keys = problem solved.
