RAF to level 80?

I just ran by this and thought -- raf to level 80?

The updated Recruit a Friend bonus isn't the only thing Blizzard decided to do, they also sent free WoW keys to a lot of subscribers to let them invite a friend who doesn't want/can't buy the game!

Very interesting idea. But what does a "WoW key" imply though? Does it mean just vanilla WoW (including, or not, all expenses paid subscription), or vanilla and all expansions. If the end user still has to pay the sub fees, what would the point of this be?

Now I personally think WotLK should be bumped to $29.99.

RaF was scaled to 80, rules are basically the same.

1-80 300% xp (no word on heirloom or guild xp stacking changes in one direction or the other).

Recruited account will be able to "grant" the veteran account up to 40 levels (attaining 1 grantable level for every 2 levels gained together).

Toons at 80 cannot be granted any levels. (tho a great workaround is to level to 90 or 95% to 79 and grant lvl 80 then u will only be 5-10% from 81.)

When I was on RAF a while ago, I had some heirloom items and the guild perks with xp boost, and I did notice that they stacked, why they would change this after the RAF to 80 i'm not sure, but i'm sure they'll stay the same. I could be wrong and thinking of the guild xp stacking with the heirloom items however, which they do indeed.

More like to 30 if anything, but to give the new players an idea of how wow is and playstyle perhaps they should have a glimpse into how the game is played at 85 though. Or even the 80-85 route. That way they can keep the key players who take part in raiding and keeping on the path to ever gaining epics in raids!

All I care about is unrestricted access to groups so I can 5-box =D

Something to note also...

While leveling from 1 to 80 I bet your team could probably earn themselves 2-3 heirlooms, all the honor and maybe even the JP ones as well via the honor->JP trades.

So then once you hit 80, you could probably have the bonus %XP from the heirlooms, making leveling to 85 even easier.

Saddly, the only 2 slots that work for 80-85 are head and cloak, which are from guildlevel 10 and 20 (there is legs in gamefiles but not obtainable as of yet).
