RaF + Heirlooms + Guild perk? - Multiboxing in World of Warcraft and Beyond!

Do these 3 stack? and if so, i am planning on level 2 druids, with all heirlooms on each, exept the ring, will this work? will they stack?

Theres a maximum of 300% exp in place
So RAF puts you AT that maximum
