Default Question about capturing screen

I have set up broadcasting via justin.tv and am having trouble with what will be displayed when i broadcast live. How do I set it up to capture the entire WOW screen with my characters, and the other things and ignore just a very enhanced window showing the Breaking News part of my monitor (need help to adjust either the adobe or VHS program to get the whole game in the screen without zooming in on a particular part of the game in one giant frame)

Edit: Click here to go to my justin.tv broadcasting channel where I have a couple of tests so anyone who can help me fix this problem will see what I am talking about.

Ok, i got adjusted the screen capture to get the entire WOW login screen to appear, now the wording and graphics look shoddy and jumbled, how do I clear up the graphics or the words and letters so that they appear clear and sharp when I broadcast or just record?

Thanks

Broomba

It may have to do with resolution. You might be recording with a small resolution, so when people with larger resolutions view the stream, it gets stretched out for them, causing the blurriness.
