Default play in 1920x1080p and stream in 720p?

Is it possible to play wow in 1920x1080p and stream in 720p?
Im trying to do this but it is kinda blurry, Justin.tv - moriucwow - UC Elevator Victims (Ragnaros-EU)

I've tried to stream in 1080p but the frame rate is way to low, if i stream in 720p
Code:
<width>1280</width>
<height>720</height>
(im typing that in the justin.xml and in the VHscrcap rezising to 1080p)
is there a more efficient way to do this?

Default Re: play in 1920x1080p and stream in 720p?

I've done this frequently by setting vhscrcap to resize to the video to the resolution I want to stream with then configure FME to stream that resolution.

I'm uncertain about the purpose of a couple of the available options like the linear resize in 32bit, register in ROT or optimize screen capture and how they might affect video capture quality but these options worked for me with no server or input buffers and a very reasonable stream framerate.

The primary reason why i resize this way instead of with fme is because forcing fme to "transcode" live video is extremely cpu intensive and that can be a huge nuisance.
