I started a new Pally/Warrior Team and they are in the Guild Question, I want my warriors to fight and be spec. like the DK -- tank and spank while my pally heals them; what spec should I be and should I use a sword/shield or 2H Sword on the warriors?

While leveling up, via quests/pvp, I'd spec them both for DPS.
Probably Fury on the Warrior (two-hander, eventually two two-handers) and most likely Ret on the Pally if that's enough healing... or if not you could go straight Holy from the start and use Holy Shock + Exorcism offensively, plus have the mana pool to heal.
In general, if you're not in an instance, you'll level faster with double dps.

If you're doing instances to level, then you'd want the tanking toon in a tanking spec (Protection) and the healing toon in a healing spec (Holy).

At 30th, you can gain dual-spec... which now costs less than a respec.
So you can have both options on both toons, provided you're willing to acquire two sets of gear.

My team leveled from 22-36 yesterday mainly doing instances beginning with Wailing Caverns, Black Fathom Depths, Stormwind Stockades, Gnomergan, and finishing with Razorfen Kraul. Did the Graveyard run of Scarlet Monastery. I forgot how hard Scarlet Monastery, so I need and can't wait til I reach 40 when all my guys can wear plate.

Heh SM of all shapes and sizes are tough for the accepted levels. Pulling agro from my tank was always a wipe in most cases. Mages output like OOM Damage! My tank constantly has to keep on his toes or make a taunt always available to save the poor cloth wearers!

I'm really excited to see how this pans out seriously. I can just imagine 4x warriors using Bladestorm in an instance. I think once you get plate it definitely is going to be viable.
