Hey all!

Our multiboxing community website is about to undergo some MASSIVE changes in the coming weeks. I am looking to completely redesign it and steer it towards a more complete community tool.

I'd like to open up this thread for users to discuss everything they would like a dream multiboxing website to have. This can be things related to forums, screenshot hosting, wikis, you name it.

So... what would you like the upcoming new multiboxing community website to have?

Wikis are the best learning tool IMO so I would love to see those embedded in the site
I don't know if this is technically feasible but I would love to see a chat window for registered and logged in users to interact directly with you while you stream
I would LOVE to see eatcarbs stream wotlk dungeons and see how he does things and pick his brains

Ditto on that one!

What if the new website had a page where people could list their gaming streams + schedules, sort of like a master live video stream library?

So you go to this new page and browse through all the multiboxing stream teams and such.

Definitely. Need a ways to have 'favorites' or 'subscribe' to them as well to get notifications when new ones come out. (Hate to sound like a copy of JustinTV, but yeah.)

Of the multiboxing sites that I frequent, few do a good job of having organized information. For example, having a section of guides that is kept current and a section for macros that is kept updated, etc. A wiki is a great way to do this.

I think having a live stream section would be great. If this existed I might be tempted to do some heroics streams and/or old content streams. I farm MC, BWL, Ony, AQ and ZG from time to time.

I like Janus's idea of having something only registered multiboxing.tv users can use to talk to you while streaming.

While I like the "newsfeed" that draws off this forum, could you find a way to disable the displaying of images on that list of threads on the front page. We have threads that have these multi-megabyte images and it really bogs things down.

Oh and take the stream embed off the front page. Replace it with a link to a page that has embeds of all of our streaming boxers. Along with links to their actually stream page.

off topic-I really wish someone would develop and maintain a new WoW Model Viewer. Support stopped right as i was trying to get into machinima Now with all the bugs and tweaks you have to do. Its not worth the effort.

On Topic- I LOVE the idea of stream links. Like on the main page how some sites have ventrilo "who is on" a "who is streaming"

I agree that it would be great to have organized sections . 5Man,4Man,3Man,guides for beginners and have these videos in sections that can be viewed easily. I really like the live feeds . I seem to be looking for videos more geared to showing me how to set up my screen and do macros ie class specific. I know Tim always does this but would be nice to have these on easily accessible database.
