Default Opinion question

I have a question...
On or around Nov 15, I have the option of buying a new Video Graphics Card -- 1GB for around $100.00 (looking into the ATI 4650 or an NVIDIA 9600 GT both 1GB) or should I get a new CPU -- 3.0 Ghz?
Whatever I dont buy on Nov 15, I will get either on Nov 30 or Dec 15, so what should I upgrade first.

Running a 2.20 Ghz and 256 MB Video Card <-- ATI X800 series.
Opinions or answers all welcome to make my multiboxing 5 man more fun and possible.

Thanks!

Well WoW doesn't use very much CPU, or graphics, but which do you have now?

Check Tomshardware.com for some great CPU/GPU charts.

Thanks for the immediate reply about whether to OC it or not. First I have never OC a CPU, so that makes my decision not to confirmed.
I decided to buy a new Graphic Card first -- looking into the ATI 4650 or GE 9600 model -- each around $100
Then the CPU I want is around 160 and its speed is 3.0 Ghz.

Once thanks for the feedback
