Yah i figured that was what it was, I just assumed I could not play game till it was downloaded is all :P

Problem found though! :/

It was the server I was playing on..it was going 2000ms! Which was causing me to lag out.. Blackrock latency is just to bad for me. I'm going to have to try another server

Some other factor is causing my latency to jump up then. I tried a couple servers, each one when i log on 2nd account the pings shoot up from 40ms-400ms and more when others join.

I have a reliable internet connection, 20meg/2meg, ports seem all right.

Well my ISP is the issue, pings to a server than i use are off the charts, i have to wait will corrected to be able to play. Hopefully I can get it working before free trial is up. My ISP is normally perfect, last couple days its been bad.

I have G15 keyboard, do people who use that use G keys to send macros more or do you use F1 keys?

The G keys i assume will broadcast to other slaves?

I watched Tim video other day, his screen is so configured so i assume he is using Xkeys pad? I need to get one of those eventually. Perhaps that can be next contest Tim for one of those?

Set your G15's G-keys to map to keystrokes and they'll broadcast to the slaves fine.

Assigning them to macros (like keystroke + delay + other keystroke) will probably get you banned by Blizzard.

Yah thats what i did, just pushing numbers 1-0 on slaves with G keys. Makes it a lot easier cause can use my pinky

yes! I got it working in game now, I got 5 char on Blackrock and ping is hovering around 85ms. Not creeping up much at all.

Now the long task of figuring out macros in game. lol

bleh, well mouse broadcasting as soon as i turn it on and press a button crashes wow. I was going to use that at a alternative till i get the hang of macros. oh well.

For a G15, it helps to set it to a persistent profile.
You can do this via Settings >> Profiler >> Profile Tab >> and check the box.
On the general tab, you can set it to load on start up.

The safest use of a G15 is to send keybinds.
If you want to do macros, you can keybind obscure combinations which you'll never accidently do in warcraft, and then put the desired macro on the hotbar.
Have the G15 send the keybind.

A G15 will allow for pauses and loops.
But I will state unequivocably, using this feature within warcraft will get you banned.
Don't use the pause/wait feature within the macro's.
Don't use the toggle feature for repeated keypresses.

It opens a lot of options within warcraft.
But has some which are against the terms of service too.
