Default Need help to troubleshoot lag ingame when streaming with justin.tv

ok, after days of fidling i now realize i need help.

Here goes:

Im using VHScrcap as the rest of you it seems + Adobe media encoder 2.5.

I would prefere to only show my main char screen streamed and shown in the midle of the screen aswell when streaming.

The other thing is that people say the stream works well (inkl sound now /hurrah), but i feel the ingame lag is too high, gets hard on the eyes..

I tried flying over the city, do a 25man raid and a AV pvp, all repported to be good and watchable over the stream but id like to fix this ingame lag i got.

To troubleshoot this im now having all settings ingame lowest possible.

Max fps (set in pwnboxer) of main is 57 and the other 9 slaves use 16 fps.

My Resolutions of all wow games are 720 x 576.

My monitor is a 27 inch, at 1920 x 1080.

The portion of the area i want to be streamed is 1354 x 1049 (that way only mains wow is visable + i guess its saves me ressorces vs streaming the other 9 chars screen aswell).

As i got a 6 core cpu i use this bat-file:

CD "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Flash Media Encoder 2.5"
start /affinity 80 /high FMEcmd.exe /p c:\jtv\jtvgame.xml

And this one (just to launch the stream):

start /min jtvgame.bat

My current experimental XML file (which failed badly fpswise):

Using the Convert Kbps to Mbps - Conversion of Measurement Units

i see that

25 mbps download = 25600 kbps
5 mbps upload = 5120 kpbs .

BTW i dont care so much about the resolution i stream at, the main point is that its ok to watch and i have little lag ingame.

Ive tried to convert my window (1354 x 1049) to a lesser one when streaming, but i cant figure out how sadly).

If someone could screenshot their working settings under Adobe media encoder and the VHScrcap, that would be very helpfull aswell. So i can test it out.

i solved this, finally, its a little lag in game when great battles in AV but raids are fine. Feels silky smooth when i fly / ride around, even in cities.

Posting the settings in my blog for future keeping
