Multiboxing on Runescape

My friend plays WoW, and I play runescape. We happen to share the same computers. If I bought PwnBoxer so he could multibox, would PwnBoxer also work for runescape? I was thinking of a setup of 10 or so characters on the same world, doing the same task. How effective would this be?

If anyone could also explain how Pwnboxer works, that'd be great, too. Would the characters need to be in the same exact position to copy each action? Thank you.

runescape is a click based game so i dont think it would work too well to be fair

yes they do, the problem with runescape is that you dont really gain that much from playing multiple characters, unless they are all extremely high level and fighting the big baddies..
the problem is this will take you enormous ammount of time, time you will have to level them 1 by 1.
You are probably looking at around 25-40 hours each, just to get in the lower regions of combat skills required to even do anything that you would benefit from while multiboxing.

In the end, my judgement is that a 100+ hour investment for such minimal gain isnt really going to be worth it, but your free to feel otherwise and try

I think Carbs hit the nail on the head though - Runescape doesn't allow multiboxing. To me, the discussion is sorta ended there

Hm, yea i guess i enver really payed attention to that, since we used to play on same computer, or else same IP all the time. Slight overisght from me
